Monochrome Dining

This beastly dining table was constructed from 2” thick reclaimed white oak slabs with a blackened steel base. We used a 4 part finishing system to achieve the grey color, including ebonizing the oak with a rust solution and using a cerusing method to bring out the texture of the grain.
